Parker Palm Springs. If this hotel does not ring a bell, well it should now. With it’s iconic entrance of a vibrant red door and white borders, this place is a perfect getaway for you and your loved ones. Follow me as I take you into my little vacation –a home away from home.
In their booklet, one of my favorite quotes written in there mentions that, “The only thing that makes life worth living is the possibility of experiencing now and then a perfect moment. And perhaps even more than that, it’s having the ability to recall such moments in their totality, to contemplate them like jewels.”
Many celebrities have stayed here and so can you. If you want to check out the pricing and more info, click here to read Parker Palm Springs’ blog.
Anyway, I loved my one night stay here. The interior was nicely decorated to fit the Palm Springs theme. The bold neon colors popped and furniture was eclectic and one-of-a-kind.
There are quite a lot of amenities such as the bar, lounging area, restaurant, and of course spacious bedrooms. They also have 3 pools, 4 tennis courts, a spa, hammocks, chess, golf, hiking, and more!
I felt like I was in a beautiful maze and I found a cute stray kitten that wanted to follow me everywhere when I was about to head home. Oh, and if you see a kitten’s ear clipped, that just means it’s been fixed and have been released as an outdoor cat.
Anyway, this place was like a secret garden that allowed my imagination to go wild. There’s lots to see and even though I was walking through hot 118 degree weather, there were abundant palm trees, lemon trees, orange trees, and more. These plants took no notice of the heat and somehow thrived in extreme weather.
Overall, my stay at the Parker Palm Springs Hotel was wonderful with plentiful air-conditioning during the summer. I recommend staying here and visiting local attractions such as the Palm Springs Museum, Mid-Century Architecture and Decor, Modernism Week, Palm Springs Film Festival, Joshua Tree, and much more.
Let me know how your visit goes and I hope you have as much fun as I did.
