How To Remove Dead Skin From Your Body At Home

So I got this traditional Moroccan exfoliating glove not too long ago and it quickly scrubs off all my dead skin and revitalizes my body when I shower with warm water.

All I do is I wet the glove and rotate in a circular motion and it gets the dirt off easily. I go over my shoulders, back, arms, stomach, legs, and feet. It’s remarkable really. I didn’t know I had so much dead skin! The surface of my body feels smoother, younger, and tighter now. I’m surprised I didn’t find out about this sooner. (I heard that it also removes a fake tan if you have one.)

When using this glove, my skin stays moisturized a lot longer especially after putting on my preferred Aveeno sunblock. It’s a perfect green solution without any added chemicals and creates the same hammam experience. You can focus on the parts you need scrubbed without having to go out and paying someone else do it, saving you time and money.

I am so done with dead skin lingering around and making me feel heavily coated and flaky. Exfoliating your body is essential and keeps your skin looking younger and healthier.

I know there are a ton of products out there to assist with the scrub down like the classic loofa; but in my opinion, that doesn’t work as effectively as my favorite hammam Moroccan scrubber that I’m showing you here in this video:

This mitt has a rougher surface but it still accommodates sensitive skin types. After using, I can see dark particles rinse away quickly. It’s such a simple process and when you’re done, just hang it to air dry. It fits like a glove and I’m happy with how it’s working so far. What do you think about this scrubber?

Speaking of rejuvenating the body, bring your hair back to life as well by using the Redken All Soft Moisture Restore Leave-In Treatment. Read more here.
